Designer/engineer Jeffrey Chacon, P.E., proudly presents elevation33, a newly completed modern duplex adjacent to downtown Denver, Colorado.  Built with modern comforts and environmental concerns in mind, each half of elevation33 is 2,500 square feet of light filled space with spectacular views of downtown Denver through generously sized Milgard windows.  A La Cantina folding glass wall at the front of the second floor kitchen opens up completely to reveal a 25’-0” wide balcony with Mangaris wood decking that looks unobstructed over the heart of the Mile High City.

The oversized kitchen features generous Poliform cabinetry, Caesarstone countertops (with a built in eating space), a Subzero refrigerator, and Miele ovens, stove, and dishwasher.  A pantry adjacent to the kitchen allows for extra storage and a half bath accompanies the adjacent great room.

1000 square feet of roof deck (Mangaris) at a height of 30 feet above the street affords privacy and unparalleled views, while a 4 stop residential elevator by Nationwide Lifts carries the future owners of this luxurious duplex from basement to roof deck.

Custom steel gates at the front of the building open to reveal the oversized front doors of each unit, which are located on the sides of the building to enable a well lit central atrium core, containing the elevator and stairs.  Dark oak floors throughout each unit lead to 3 first floor bedrooms; both the master bath and second bath feature Caesarstone countertops, Poliform cabinets, and modern ceramic tiles and fixtures.  The master tub is a generously sized freestanding soaking tub by Toto.

The building construction was state-of-the-art; exterior walls were built using prefabricated “Structurally Insulated Panels,” which have a higher R-Value and are tighter than normal construction.  The exterior siding is maintenance-free metal panels, the exterior windows are Milgard aluminum windows with a thermal break, and the common wall was built with an STC rating in the 60s.
